Pow Wow Yearbook Senior Pictures

The 1st modern WHS alumni dinner was held on 1 September 1979 at the Holiday Inn in Mattoon. About 220 persons were in attendance. Jobey Dunscomb was honored as a 1912 graduate and later worked in the Windsor District.

Ray Tull 1927 Maude Armatrout Hopper, Cecil O. Harrmann, Maudine Janes Williams, Eva Holsapple Rominger 1928 Dale Boldt Duffy, Hettie Steele Knouse, Irma Doty Haveman, Geneva Kull Ransom, Glen Ferrell, Irene Wallace Ferrell 1929 Violet Kercheval Griffith, Otis Phipps, Lena Holsapple Oseland.

The 1905 Alumuni reunion has grown to 63 members. Only 16 have married and no graduate has married another graduate. Out of this numbetr 15 have beome teachers and about 1/2 of the graduates continue to live in Windsor. The reunion was held in the Universalist Church and the program consisted of an orchestra with refreshments served. The graduates were Lute Edwards, Zetta Swain, Winnie Scott, Nelle Lemon and Clara Cochran.

Professor, I. W. Howerth of the Univesity of Chicago gave the lecture on "Learning and Labor" stressing the dignity of labor.

The meeting held 2 August 1895 the following were elected to head to harvest picnic- W. H. Shaw, chairman; H. R. Moberley, secretary; N. L. Baxter and W. R. Moberley appointed to solicit subscriptions to help with the expenses.
